1. Introduction

Welcome to GBLSTS and its associated systems, including LosVagosNFT (“GBLSTS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our websites, including the GBLSTS gallery, collections, archives, GBLSTS Lab systems, NFTs, and any related content or services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of the Ecosystem

GBLSTS operates as a curated digital art gallery and remembrance ecosystem.

It includes multiple layers, such as:

  • the Gallery (artworks and collections),
  • the GBLSTS Lab (systems and infrastructure),
  • LosVagosNFT (access and identity layer),
  • and associated archives, mythos, and written material.

GBLSTS is not an open marketplace or a financial platform. It curates, presents, and structures participation within its ecosystem.

Nothing within the Services should be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, or advisory services.

3. Eligibility

By using the Services, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Access and Use

You may access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Services or interfere with their operation,
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or smart contracts,
  • engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

5. Artworks, NFTs, and Digital Assets

GBLSTS offers digital artworks and tokenized assets, including NFTs.

When you acquire an NFT:

  • you own the token recorded on the blockchain,
  • ownership of the underlying intellectual property is not transferred unless explicitly stated.

NFTs are blockchain-based assets and may be subject to:

  • price volatility,
  • technical risks,
  • loss due to user error or wallet compromise.

All transactions are final and non-refundable.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content presented through the Services, including artwork, text, graphics, and system design, is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Artists retain authorship and rights to their work unless otherwise specified.
  • GBLSTS retains rights to its brand, systems, structure, and original content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without permission.

7. Stewardship and Non-Investment Positioning

GBLSTS operates under a model of curation and stewardship.

Artworks and tokens are presented as cultural and creative artifacts, not financial instruments.

GBLSTS does not guarantee value, returns, or performance of any asset.

Participation in the ecosystem is voluntary and based on individual judgment.

8. Transactions, Fees, and Finality

Transactions conducted through GBLSTS may include platform fees. Fees are disclosed at the point of transaction and may include:

  • buyer fees,
  • seller fees,
  • blockchain network (gas) fees.

All transactions are executed on the blockchain and are irreversible.

9. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • securing your wallet and private keys,
  • verifying transaction details before execution,
  • complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

GBLSTS cannot recover lost wallets, assets, or credentials.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Blockchain

The Services may interact with third-party platforms, including blockchain networks and marketplaces.

GBLSTS does not control these systems and is not responsible for:

  • their availability,
  • their policies,
  • or their performance.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • availability,
  • accuracy,
  • reliability,
  • or uninterrupted access.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBLSTS is not liable for any damages arising from:

  • use of the Services,
  • loss of digital assets,
  • blockchain-related risks,
  • or technical failures.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
